    The CDC estimates that 80% of illness is caused by stress! Dr. Cody Senkyr and CPT Ryan Hysinger wish to help educate the community on how to reduce both of these controllable factors through diet, exercise and chiropractic care.

    I have always known that I really enjoy helping people and while playing football and running track in
    college, Chiropractors helped me the most. So it just made sense that I would become a Chiropractor
    and from the moment that I first step foot on campus I knew that I couldn’t have chosen a better
    profession for me! Since graduating from Chiropractic school, I have not stopped learning about the
    human body and how I can better help patients. I have found that Stress is at the core of the majority of
    health problems, be it Physical stress, Chemical stress or emotional stress. So by removing these
    stressors our body is then able to heal. My mission is to help as many people as humanly possible,
    especially children, because this is the sickest generation of kids that we have ever seen!

    Health and fitness has been my passion and focus since 2007. My passion, since 2007 for improving my own
    health and fitness had grown to helping others improve theirs. This led me to get my NFPT and NASM
